Understanding colour
A different perspective on understanding colour.

You will learn about some different approaches to colour theory, experiment with various colour combinations using water colours.

Explore the use of colour for effect and the significance of colour in your life and how it affects you.

 "What does RGB and CMYK mean, what is a Hue, a Tone, a complimentary or tertiary colour, why is the sky blue, how do you make black?"  Get the answers to all these questions and more. Have some fun, create a painting and learn about colour all at the same time.

You will learn about the different mediums that are available, how they behave and what you can achieve with them.  You will also learn some unusual techniques with water colour.

Creating effects.

You will learn how to create texture for acrylics and the different mediums that are available, how they behave and what you can achieve with them. You will also learn about the different quality and types of acrylics available and what results you can expect from them.
As a two day workshop or a series of 6 x 2 hour workshops
 

Christmas canvasses

A great gift idea, make your own original textured mini box canvasses. Great as individual gifts for family and friends, or keep them for yourself.
